Request an invoice
To request an invoice you will have a maximum of 30 business days after the purchase. To do so, it is necessary to send an email to imelda@casaselva.mx with the tax information, your name and order number. It is important that the data be reviewed and sent correctly to avoid billing errors. The invoice will be arriving in your email in two files, .pdf and .xml. If you do not receive it within 1/2 days of delivering your order, your invoice has not been issued correctly. Please contact us by email.
